General

Depending on your requirements, there are several ways you can start the process to hire from us for your event.
If you know which items you’re looking for and have a vision in place, you can use our online wishlist system to create your own list of hire items.
If you’re looking for more guidance on style, wanting our creative team to build a concept or you’re looking for items for a larger festival style event, get in touch with our team and we can assist on the best way to move forward.

Yes we do, all the hire prices on our website are excluding VAT.

Not all of our items can be used outside, however we try to be as flexible as possible and this is discussed on a case by case basis with our team.
As per our terms and conditions, this is weather dependent and many items need to be moved inside in wet or damp weather as well as overnight.
If you’re looking for furniture which is made to be used outside, please submit a contact form and we can assist with the best items to use for your event.

Yes! We love a creative concept here.
Get in touch via our contact form with a brief outline of your vision along with some inspirational imagery if you have any. We will then work with you throughout the process to create the best experience for your guests.

Orders are confirmed by signing our online booking form and paying your deposit.
50% of your balance is due to confirm, the remaining balance is then due 4 weeks before your event.
Once the deposit and booking form are complete, your stock will be secured for your date.

Yes, we regularly provide furniture, props, decor and styling to events throughout London.
Weddings

We do allow collection from our warehouse on some of our hire items, however there are certain furniture pieces which need to be installed by our internal team due to insurance purposes.
Our minimum spend also still applied to collected items.

Yes, our minimum spend starts from £500 + VAT, delivery and collection, however, this may increase depending on the location of your event. This is worked out on a mileage basis.

Once your order is booked with a 50% deposit and a signed booking form, we allow for a 10% reduction (within the minimum spend) on orders.
We do have flexibility on changing items, however this is subject to availability.

Yes! We are constantly updating and adding to our range of packages and we are always happy designing bespoke packages for our customers.
You can find a range of smaller packages including lounges and styled stations as well as whole wedding packages on our website.

We recommend booking at least 6 months before your wedding date.
If you’re looking for a last minute hire for your event, please do get in touch so we can check availability.
Please note, dates are not guaranteed until a deposit is paid and a booking form signed.

Head over to our inventory, browse our items and on each individual product listing there is a ‘add to wishlist’ button.
Your wishlist can be accessed via the ‘view wishlist’ button and submitted from there.

We will require a responsible adult to direct where you’d like the items delivered and set up (if set-up is included) and someone will be required to sign off on the delivery and collection.
Festivals

Yes, we have an amazing crew of skilled carpenters, creatives and florists who expertly set up, install and pack down all of our furniture and props, ensuring a flawless journey from conceptualisation to execution.

Yes, we love a concept and our creative team are on hand to create the wow factor documents you need to present the designs.
We will then work with you to make any tweaks, recommend furniture, props and decor and create the space from start to finish on site.
We can also source bespoke items and offer a branding service on many of our items.
