Make an Enquiry
The quickest and easiest way to submit an enquiry is via our contact page on our website. Simply submit your enquiry with an install date, ideas, vision and any important logistical details. Our creative team will be in touch!

Proposal and Quote
Based on the brief, we will draw up plans for bespoke prop lists, area styling and an overall design concept, all with transparent and clear pricing to easily be dropped into your budget workings.
Our proposals are a cohesive combination of style and experience, with a focus on building the highest quality guest experiences!
Discussion and Ideas
Once our team has confirmed availability for your event's date, we will begin work on the brief. At this stage, we may book a call to discuss things such as audience demographics and the event structure to give us an in-depth understanding of the event objectives.

Logistics and Order Confirmations
We work closely with you, amending and creating new ideas until you are satisfied with the proposal. Once confirmed, we will issue both terms and conditions and a booking form to finalise your booking.

Delivery, Install and Derig
The day arrives, and so do we with your curated collection of props in-tow. Upon arrival on-site, our team of event professionals will get to work promptly, setting out your hire items and installing any decorative features.
Once we have completed our jobs to the highest standards, we may request a simple signature to ensure you are happy with the results. Client satisfaction is always our top priority, so this is a really important step for us!
Once all the fun is over, we’ll return to de-rig and gather our stock.

Yes, we have a team of experienced creatives who will install, set up and style all of our furniture and props, bringing the agreed concept to life and creating the most memorable guest experience for your event. We will also return after the event to de-rig all the items installed.
Our installation and de-rig service is quoted to brief and will be added to your bespoke quote.

We take a 50% deposit to book the props, furniture and decor agreed in your package, this holds the stock and date for your event. The balance is due 4 weeks before your event.

We know how important it is to be fully prepared for a festival event, therefore we work with our clients on personal basis to ensure all boxes are ticked before we arrive on site. Whether that is completing accreditation, health and safety training or liaising with other suppliers. We will supply a full health and safety document of our own, including a risk assessment, fire assessment, insurance policy, a severe weather policy and health and safety policy. Our teams are supplied with a branded uniform, appropriate PPE and the relevant training to deliver events as safely as possible.
