At Nikkita Palmer Designs we have a team of event decor experts, specialising in reclaimed and vintage furniture and props. We've worked on weddings and events across the UK and we are here to relieve the pressure to not only enjoy your wedding day but to revel in the excitement of the build-up too!
Our bespoke wedding packages are great for those looking for something a bit different for their big day! Whatever your venue, guest numbers and style we will work with you to create your very own bespoke package to bring your vision to life.
An initial phone or Zoom call for up to one hour to get an idea of your vision and style for your wedding day
A bespoke mood board and concept for your day including a full quote for us to create the look for you using our props and furniture
£500 worth of props and furniture handpicked to work with your concept
A venue visit with you before your wedding day (venue distance restrictions apply)
One week before your wedding day we will have a 30-minute phone or Zoom call to ensure everything runs smoothly and all the smaller details are on track
On the day our experienced creative team will set up, style and pack down your bespoke package before and after your wedding day meaning you can relax with peace of mind your decor is in safe hands
We will also set up and style your own personal decor items including setting out name places, signage and photographs or anything you've sourced from other suppliers (excludes ceiling or lighting installations)
We will liaise with your venue virtually to go over access times, insurance and any other additional information required
You will get full access to our little black book of recommended suppliers with bespoke suggestions based on your theme and concept

No, delivery and collection is quoted separately and will depend on your venues distance from our premises. To get a quote for delivery and collection simply fill out the contact form on our website with your postcode and access times and requirements.

We take a 50% deposit to book the props, furniture and decor agreed in your package, this holds the stock and date for your event. The balance is due 4 weeks before your event.
